    MIND

“With our thoughts, we make the world.”
    – Buddha

Our thoughts shape our perceptions, feed our emotions, and are the foundation for our actions. Unfortunately, due to trauma or conditioning from a dysfunctional family or society, we often develop and inherit unhealthy negative beliefs. With techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement De-Sensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), we will work to remove the thought pattern at its root and replace it with beliefs that create a better outlook and cultivate more joy and confidence.

    BODY

“Go inside and listen to your body, because your body will never lie to you. Your mind will play tricks, but the way you feel in your heart, in your guts, is the truth.”
    – Miguel Ruiz

Our emotions and past trauma can not only be felt in the body but can get stuck there when unresolved. By combining somatic and yoga techniques, we can access and gently heal old wounds, allowing for a renewed sense of lightness and liberation from the past.

    SOUL

“Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
    – Steve Jobs

Our intuition holds the answers to all of our questions and the resolution of our soul-searching. It is the compass that will guide us back to our life purpose, inner calling, our tribe, and most importantly, back home to our true nature. Using eastern philosophical concepts such as self-actualization, along with mindfulness and yoga philosophies, we will practice building your ability to listen to your inner wisdom, transforming your life from the inside out.

    WISH

To empower and align people with their authentic self and life purpose so they can inspire wholeness in others, cultivate compassionate communities, and radically transform the world. The inspiration for this wish comes from a vision of changing the world from the inside out. The company’s values that gave birth to this vision are authenticity, radical self-expression, unconditional love, un-compromising courage, and an unwavering belief that miracles can happen when one sits still and listens to the inner voice that knows

    WISDOM

Not wisdom gained through books, lectures or intellectual pursuits but through hard lessons, heartbreak, and the harsh experiences that give life its depth and meaning. These pivotal and profound moments lead to the unequivocal understanding that there is a wild self, clawing to get out of the cage. Not wild in the out of control sense, wild in the untamed, natural, feral, and pure self that never heard all the lies, and never believed in being someone else. This wild self belongs to no one, dances to a carnal drumbeat, speaks freedom among prisoners, walks barefoot and naked in a world clothed in shame. In the midst of your pain, in the small, quiet moments and the stillness of the morning, if you stop long enough to listen, you can hear her. She’s calling you home.

    WAY

Relying on the ever-expanding body of scientific psychopathology research, I employ western evidence-based treatment modalities such as EMDR while maintaining a therapeutic perspective that is informed by traditional eastern conceptions of self-actualization, emotional fulfillment, and a mind, body, soul connection. However, the most healing component in therapy is always the relationship. I know how challenging and scary it can be to work on ourselves. I offer constant support, validation, empathy, and care, holding the space so that you can hear the answers that are within, allowing you to become the person you are meant to be.
